The Grand Girls Visit

All of the Grandgirls came to see us last weekend. They went to the splash park near our house. Poppy Joe and I took our hats and when we got home - the hats were the splash!

GGW - Beach Trip 2009

GGW stands for Grandmas Gone Wild - that is what on guy called us on our recent beach trip.(Well, not all of us are grandmas.) After about a 20 year delay - the old group return this time to Gulf Shores. We had a great time - relaxing, laughing, and just have a good time together. We had this picture taken as we leaving to head home.

Mother's Day 2009

I have been lack in keeping my blog up to date. Here is a picture I took Mother's Day. Mom was in Rehab recovering from her hernia surgery. My big brother, Kim was visiting from Texas. Bill, Mom's brother was also here from South Carolina. Bill took the picture.

This weekend on Saturday, we took the grandchildren to the McWane Center. I think Alex summed up the trip the best when we said we have to go. She said"I don't want to leave."
